28.pluku
The flat in the street named „28.pluku“ is placed in a newly reconstructed historical house from the beginning of the last century. It is caled Champagne house under the baton of the developer company PSN www.champagne-house.eu. At the beginning of our cooperation was intended to prepare the flat for sale. During the cooperation with the client and owner in one person was determined a clear business goal: not to furnish the whole flat, but we should only furnish the bathroom with the vestibule and we prepared the rest of the flat for the new owner…
Although the area of the flat was not big, it was only 42.6 square metres, we managed to divide it into two rooms especially with the emphasis on comfort in the living room.
The purpose of our design was to create living which reflects the character of the locality and the building where it is placed. There was a huge change of the flat. We reconstructed everything from the floor. The reconstruction lasted for three months…
